Hi, I’m Catriona, and I’m the clinical director here at Bounce! Counseling & Coaching. Our utmost priority is to empower you with the insights, tools, & strategies to work through your struggles and foster a life of balance, joy, and personal growth.
How we work:
We start with a free 15-minute consultation - you’ll tell your therapist a bit about what’s happening and they’ll let you know how they can help.
During your first couple of sessions we’ll learn more about your personal and family history and how you got to where you are. Then we’ll set some goals and create a plan.
Then we’ll get going - for the first couple of months, we’ll meet on a regular basis to begin the work - gently but effectively, with an approach that’s tailored to you.
We track progress so you’ll see how far you’ve come, until you feel better, more peaceful, and more confident.
Our Beautiful Pasadena Office
Meet us in person at our stunning converted mansion at 210 S Orange Grove Blvd, Pasadena, CA (and just a short walk to the Ambassador Garden with its ducks, geese, and ponds of koi and turtles).
It’s a five minute walk from Pasadena Old Town, and offers easy access to the metro, and the 110 and 210 freeways.
Alternatively, we offer telehealth in California and Oregon for maximum flexibility.
